Born in Madrid -home of the tapas-, he always had a deep appreciation for food. In spite of his background in filmmaking and accountancy, his epicurean tastes lead him to the cooking arts.
Visiting the US, he decided to share his knowledge of the Spanish cuisine and the culture that surrounds it with the town of Chico of which he became enamoured.
Born in Seville -home of Flamenco- from a family of chefs, she is a former student of Chico State University.
After graduation she returned to Europe, where she met Luis with whom she discovered the same passion for food.
She loves to talk with people and create a sense of family.
She is the paella maker.
